I work with small businesses, founders, and teams who are juggling complex work and want practical structure without heavy process. Sometimes that means setting things up well from the start. Other times, it means stepping in when work feels stuck, messy, or misaligned and helping to reset things.

My background is in project and program delivery across a range of organisations. There, I’ve seen how often work slows down, not from a lack of effort, but due to unclear ownership, delayed decisions, or too much unnecessary process.

I’m Megan! I’m Irish and now based in Vancouver, BC. I’ve spent the last decade working in project and planning roles, and I recently set up Solás Strategy to bring that experience to smaller teams and independent operators in a more flexible, approachable way.
